Ludek is the Managing Partner of TARPAN Legal and a co-founder and Partner at TARPAN Group.
He has been working in advocacy since 2012.
From 2009 to 2012, he worked as the executive director of PPF Partners’ management structure (PPF investment fund) and Generali Assicurazioni, focused on high-yield investments in Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining PPF Partners, Ludek dealt with legal issues and compliance issues in PPF Investments investment structure, which managed private investor investments focused on emerging markets in Europe and Asia.
From 2005 to 2006 Ludek worked for MORAVIA IT, a global provider of software localisation and related services, where he was responsible for legal matters and project management in connection with the company’s expansion into South America.
Before 2005, he worked at Credit Suisse Life & Pensions, where he exited as Chairman of the Board of the Pension Fund and the Legal & Compliance Director responsible for the legal affairs of the Group in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno.
