Ludek focuses on acquisitions, transaction structuring, financing, intellectual property law, and insolvency law. He has extensive experience in the areas of private equity and venture capital.  Luděk has led companies with international expertise in private equity investment management and administration. In addition, he has experience in international companies, in the fields of IT, insurance and development, and healthcare product manufacture and distribution.

Ales Kubac
Partner

Ales focuses on corporate law, corporate restructuring, and regulation of energy, retail and financial institutions.
He has over 15 years of experience in providing legal and tax advisory services at Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Over his career, he has provided services to many clients, including large multinational companies and small- and medium-sized businesses.

​Petra Coufalova
Attorney-At-Law

​As part of her practice, Petra focuses on development projects and their financing, M&A and franchising. In the past, she has been involved in acquisitions in the food, sports nutrition, cosmetics, dietary supplements, broadcasting, electronics, car and motorbike racing. In the area of development projects, she focuses on financing, construction management, construction and sales. She is also experienced in cooperative financing and subsequent cooperative construction and, last but not least, in the purchase and sale of properties or projects within the real estate business. 

Tereza Slezakova
Attorney-At-Law

​​Tereza specializes in real estate law, civil law, insolvency law, sale of assets, including voluntary and involuntary public auctions and auction sales. She has previously worked as an in-house lawyer for a road maintenance company and a large international metallurgical corporation.

Lukas Bachtik
Attorney-At-Law

Before joining TARPAN Legal, Lukáš worked in a major Czech law firm and also in the legal department of a large international company. Lukáš provides legal services as an attorney mainly in the scope of corporate law and transactions in Czech and English. He also focuses on new trends in the environmental law. 

Zdenek Zuna
Attorney-At-Law

Zdenek has gained diverse experience in several branches of private law during his over ten years of legal practice. His areas of expertise include commercial contracts, real estate and insolvency law. He also has extensive knowledge in representing clients in litigation with at least one hundred successfully concluded litigations.

Martin Malecha
Junior Lawyer

Before joining TARPAN Legal, he worked in a major law firm and also in a law firm specializing in debt management. Martin currently works as a Junior Lawyer Associate specializing in corporate law and M&A.

Dieu Van Vguyen
Legal Assistant

Van has been part of the team since 2020 as a legal assistant. She graduated in International Business at the Prague University of Economics and Business and is now studying law at Charles University.
